2.Warm up and stretch: Take a few minutes to warm up before your workout to prevent injury and stretch after your workout to improve flexibility and reduce muscle soreness.

3. Set realistic goals: Define what you want to achieve through your gym routine and make sure your goals are specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-bound to track your progress.

4.Train muscles you can’t see: Train your back to avoid overdeveloped anterior deltoids and underdeveloped posterior deltoids that lead to poor posture and shoulder pain.

5. Don’t go crazy too soon: Volume should be low at first to avoid injury. You are not going to build muscle faster by overworking yourself.

6.Listen to your body: Stop and rest if you feel pain or discomfort to avoid injury. Give your body the time it needs to recover and get stronger.

7.Vary your routine: Mix up your routine by trying new exercises, switching up your order, or adding more weight to challenge yourself.

8. Don’t skip legs: Training your legs is important as they are the base of your body and developing strength carries over to everyday life. Also, having more muscle raises your metabolic rate.

9. Prioritize recovery: Real strength and muscle gains happen while resting after your workout. Make sure to prioritize recovery by getting enough sleep and nutrition.

10. Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water before, during, and after your workout to stay hydrated and fuel your performance and recovery.
